    Product Description

    PF-07104091 is an inhibitor of cyclin-dependent kinase 2 (Cdk2; Ki = 1.16 nM).1 It is selective for Cdk2 over glycogen synthase kinase 3β (GSK3β; Ki = 537.81 nM). PF-07104091 decreases proliferation of TOV-21G and OVCAR-3 ovarian and HCT116 colorectal cancer cells (IC50s = 4.8, 0.59, and 0.88 µM, respectively).2 In vivo, PF-07104091 (50 mg/kg per day) reduces tumor volume and weight in an HCT116 mouse xenograft model.
