    Product Description

    EM12-SO2F is a covalent inhibitor of cereblon (CRBN; IC50 = 0.88 nM).1 It inhibits the degradation of Ikaros family zinc finger protein 1 (IKZF1) induced by the thalidomide derivative lenalidomide (Item No. 14643) in MOLT-4 lymphoblasts when used at a concentration of 1 µM.
