    Product Description

    USP8-IN-1 is an inhibitor of ubiquitin-specific protease 8 (USP8; IC50 = 2.6 µM).1 It is selective for USP8 over USP7 (IC50 = >20 µM). USP8-IN-1 inhibits colony formation by H1975 non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) cells (IC50 = 30.8 µM).
