    (R)-RP 6306 is a stereoisomer of RP 6036, an inhibitor of membrane-associated tyrosine- and threonine-specific Cdc2-inhibitory kinase (Myt1 kinase), also known as PKMYT1.1 It inhibits Myt1 kinase with an IC50 value of 1,360 nM.
