    Product Description

    An inhibitor of class I PI3Ks (Kis = 4, 6, 2, and 1 nM for PI3Kα, PI3Kβ, PI3Kδ, and PI3Kγ, respectively).1 It is selective for class I PI3Ks over 372 other protein kinases at 1 µM. AMG 511 inhibits phosphorylation of Akt in U87MG glioblastoma cells (IC50 = 4 nM) and reduces tumor growth in a U87MG mouse xenograft model when administered at doses of 1, 3, and 10 mg/kg per day.
