It was prepared from DSPE-PEG(2000)-azide (Item No. 40710) and alkyne-cyclo(RGDyK) (Item No. 41722), a clickable form of the peptide αVβ3 integrin ligand cyclo(RGDyK) (Item No. 35173), via copper click chemistry. DSPE-PEG(2000)-Cyclo(RGDyK) is intended for use in the targeted delivery of lipid nanoparticles (LNPs) in vitro and in vivo.
