    Product Description

    BI-87G3 is an inhibitor of JNK1 (IC50 = 1.804 µM).1 It is selective for JNK1 over p38α MAPK, Akt, furin, and lethal factor (IC50s = >100, >100, >100, and >50 µM, respectively). BI-87G3 inhibits TNF-α-induced JNK1 phosphorylation in HeLa cells (IC50 = ~15 µM).
