    Product Description

    FX12 is an inhibitor and degrader of the E3 ubiquitin ligase RNF5.1 It binds to RNF5 and inhibits its E3 ligase activity in cell-free assays. FX12 (1.25-20 µM) induces proteasomal degradation of RNF5 via the endoplasmic reticulum-associated proteasomal degradation (ERAD) pathway without modifying mRNA levels in HeLa cells.
