    Product Description

Usp22i-S02 is an inhibitor of ubiquitin-specific protease 22 (USP22).1 It increases the levels of ubiquitinated forkhead box protein P3 (Foxp3), a target of Usp22, in primary mouse regulatory T cells (Tregs) when used at concentrations of 10, 15, or 20 µM. In vivo, Usp22i-S02 (20 mg/kg per day for five days) reduces tumor volume and increases intratumoral levels of CD4+CD8+ T cells in an LLC1 murine lung cancer model.
