    FAUC-213 is a dopamine D4 receptor antagonist (Ki = 2.2 nM).1 It is selective for dopamine D4 receptors over dopamine D2L, D2S, and D3 receptors (Kis = 3,400, 6,300, and 5,300 nM, respectively). FAUC-231 (7.5, 15, and 30 mg/kg) reduces amphetamine-induced hyperactivity in rats.2
