    Product Description

    MP07-66 is an inhibitor of the protein-protein interaction between SET and protein phosphatase 2A (PP2A) and a derivative of FTY720 (fingolimod; Item No. 11975).1 It increases PP2A activity in isolated human B cell chronic lymphocytic leukemia (B-CLL) cells when used at concentrations of 3 and 8 µM. Unlike FTY720, MP07-66 (8 µM) does not decrease plasma membrane levels of sphingosine-1-phosphate receptor 1 (S1P1) in isolated human B-CLL cells. MP07-66 induces apoptosis in isolated human B-CLL cells when used alone or in combination with dasatinib (Item No. 11498).
