    Product Description

    AMG 009 is a dual antagonist of DP2/CRTH2 and DP1 (IC50s = 3 and 12 nM, respectively).1 It decreases airway resistance in a guinea pig model of airflow obstruction induced by aerosolized prostaglandin D2 (PGD2; Item No. 12010) when administered at doses of 3, 10, and 30 mg/kg.
