    Product Description

Albiglutide fragment is a peptide fragment of albiglutide, a fusion peptide with antidiabetic activity that contains two copies of [Gly8]-GLP-1 (7-36), which contains an alanine-to-glycine substitution that confers resistance to hydrolysis by dipeptidyl peptidase 4 (DPP-4), fused to albumin.1 Albiglutide fragment comprises one copy of the DPP-4-resistant [Gly8]-GLP-1 (7-36) sequence.
