    Carbamazepine (CRM) (Item No. 42589) is a certified reference material categorized as a sodium channel inhibitor.1 Carbamazepine has been found as an adulterant in dietary supplements and heroin samples seized by law enforcement.2,3 Formulations containing carbamazepine have been used in the treatment of seizures, trigeminal neuralgia, and bipolar disorder. This product is intended for analytical forensic applications. This product is also available as a general research tool (Item No. 15422).
