    SHR-2042 is an agonist of the glucagon-like peptide 1 receptor (GLP-1R).1 It is more lipophilic than semaglutide (Item No. 29969). SHR-2042, in combination with sodium N-(8[2-hydroxybenzoyl] amino) caprylate (SNAC; Item No. 36505), has a higher oral bioavailability than semaglutide in monkeys.
