    TR-14035 is a dual α4β7 and α4β1 integrin antagonist.1 It inhibits cell adhesion induced by the α4β7 and α4β1 integrin ligand fibronectin connecting segment 1 (FNCS1) in RPMI-8866 and Jurkat cells, which endogenously express α4β7 and α4β1, respectively (IC50s = 7 and 87 nM, respectively).
