    Product Description

    BX-513 is an antagonist of chemokine (C-C motif) receptor 1 (CCR1; Ki = 0.04 µM).1 It is selective for CCR1 over 15 other receptors (Kis = 2->10 µM). BX-513 inhibits increases in acidification induced by chemokine (C-C motif) ligand 18 (CCL18) in THP-1 monocytes in a concentration-dependent manner. It inhibits RANTES- and CCL18-induced chemotaxis in isolated peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) when used at concentrations of 10 or 100 nM.
