    Product Description

    The LipidLaunch™ Ionizable Lipid LNP Screening Set includes 12 ionizable cationic and cationic lipids to screen for use in lipid nanoparticle (LNP) formulations. The lipids are formulated at 10 mg/ml in ethanol for ease of addition to lipid mixes for LNP formulation. Lipids selected for this screening set include FDA-approved excipients, as well as some of the most commonly cited lipids used in nucleic acid-cargo LNPs. LNPs containing these lipids in combination with a sterol lipid, a phospholipid, and a PEGylated lipid have been used to encapsulate mRNA, plasmid DNA, siRNA, and other nucleic acid cargo for intracellular delivery.
