    Firategrast is an antagonist of integrin α4β1, also known as very late antigen-4 (VLA-4), and integrin α4β7.1 Maternal administration of firategrast (100 mg/kg) increases the number of donor hematopoietic stem cells (HSCs) in fetal liver in a mouse model of in utero allogeneic HSC transplant.
