    (−)-Volinanserin is an antagonist of the serotonin (5-HT) receptor subtype 5-HT2A (IC50 = 15.6 nM).1 It is selective for 5-HT2A over the 5-HT2C, dopamine D2, and α1-adrenergic receptors (IC50s = 750, >10,000, and 1,000 nM, respectively).
