    Product Description

    TH10785 is an 8-oxoguanine DNA glycosylase 1 (OGG1) activator.1 It increases OGG1-mediated excision of 8-oxoguanine (8-hydroxyguanine; Item No. 89290) in duplex oligonucleotides when used at a concentration of 10 µM. TH10785 (10, 30, or 100 µM) inhibits oxidative damage in A549 cells induced by paraquat (Item No. 38521). It reduces opacity and vacuole formation induced by hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) in primary rat lenses when used at a concentration of 10 µM.2
