    Product Description

    Z16078526 is an inducer of mitochondrial uncoupling protein 1 (UCP1).1 It increases levels of Ucp1 in primary mouse brown adipocytes when used at a concentration of 10 µM. Z16078526 (10 µM) increases oxygen consumption rate (OCR), Pka activity, and lipolysis in primary mouse brown adipocytes. It increases body temperature in mice when administered at a dose of 1.5 mg/kg.
