    Product Description

    CB-65 is a cannabinoid 2 (CB2) receptor inverse agonist.1 It selectively binds to CB2 over CB1 receptors (Kis = 3.3 nM and >1,000 nM, respectively) and increases forskolin-induced cAMP production in CHO cells expressing the human CB2 receptor (EC50 = 1.2 nM).1,2 CB-65 (0.625, 2.5, and 20 nM) inhibits HepG2 hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) cell invasion in vitro.3
