    Product Description

    BMS 605541 is an inhibitor of VEGFR2 (IC50 = 23 nM).1 It is selective for VEGFR2 over 22 other kinases (IC50s = 400->10,000 nM). BMS 605541 inhibits VEGF-induced proliferation in human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVECs; IC50 = 25 nM). In vivo, BMS 605541 (90 or 180 mg/kg per day) decreases tumor volume in an L2987 lung adenocarcinoma mouse xenograft model.
