    Product Description

    NTNCB is an antagonist of neuropeptide Y (NPY) receptor Y5 (Ki = 8 nM).1 It is selective for neuropeptide Y5 over Y1 receptors (Ki = >10,000 nM). NTNCB (10 and 20 µM) suppresses colony formation by PC3 and DU145 prostate cancer cells.2 In vivo, NTNCB (1, 3, and 10 mg/kg per day) reduces tumor volume in a PC3 mouse xenograft model.
