    Product Description

    3-O-Acetyl pinobanksin is a flavonoid that has been found in propolis, a resin produced by honeybees, and has antioxidant and antiparasitic activities.1,2 It reduces the formation of advanced glycation end products (AGEs) in a cell-free assay (IC50 = 0.06 mM).1 3-O-Acetyl pinobanksin is active against chloroquine-resistant P. falciparum (IC50 = 15.62 µM).2
