    Tropatepine is an anticholinergic agent.1,2 It protects against sinistrotorsion syndrome induced by oxotremorine (Item No. 35707) in guinea pigs (ED50 = 0.2-0.5 mg/kg).1 Formulations containing tropatepine have been used in the treatment of neuroleptic-induced parkinsonian symptoms.
