    Product Description

    DSPE-PEG(2000)-Pep2 is a peptide-lipid conjugate that has been used for the targeted delivery of lipid nanoparticles (LNPs) in vivo.1 It is composed of DSPE-PEG(2000)-DCBO conjugated to Pep2 peptide (Item No. 40258), a peptide ligand for the transmembrane glycoprotein CD36, also known as scavenger receptor B2, that selectively binds to CD36 over human serum albumin (HSA), IgG, and CD44.2 LNPs containing DPSE-PEG(2000)-Pep2 and encapsulating the indoleamine 2,3-dioxygenase (IDO) inhibitor NLG-919 reduce the number of lung metastasis in a 4T1 murine mammary carcinoma model.1
