    Oregon Green™ 488 succinimidyl ester is an amine-reactive fluorescent probe.1 It has been used in the synthesis of fluorescent DNA probes and to fluorescently label proteins.1,2 A related derivative, Oregon Green™ 488 (Item No. 35372), displays absorbance/emission maxima of 490/514 nm, respectively.3
