    Product Description

    PI3-Kinase inhibitor is an inhibitor of PI3Kγ (IC50 = 1.5 nM).1 It is selective for PI3Kγ over PI3Kα, PI3Kβ, and PI3Kδ (IC50s = 3,333, >10,000, and >1,000 nM, respectively). PI3-Kinase inhibitor (100 mg/kg) inhibits tumor growth in a 4T1 murine mammary cancer model. It decreases disease severity in a mouse model of experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis (EAE) when administered at doses of 20 or 80 mg/kg.
