    SB-268262 is a nonpeptide calcitonin gene-related peptide (CGRP) receptor antagonist (IC50 = 0.24 µM in a radioligand binding assay).1 It inhibits CGRP-induced cAMP accumulation in SK-N-MC membrane preparations with an IC50 value of 0.83 µM.
