    PNU 22394 is an iboga alkaloid derivative.1 In vivo, PNU 22394 (30 mg/kg) increases licking latency in a cold plate test and paw withdrawal threshold in a paw pressure test in a mouse model of neuropathic pain induced by oxaliplatin (Item No. 13106).
