Product Description

IRE1α kinase-IN-1 is an allosteric inhibitor of inositol-requiring enzyme 1α (IRE1α; IC₅₀s = 160 and 80 nM for IRE1α kinase and ribonuclease activities, respectively).¹ It is selective for IRE1α over a panel of 454 wild-type and mutant kinases at 1 µM. IRE1α kinase-IN-1 inhibits endoplasmic reticulum (ER) stress-induced IRE1α oligomerization in HEK293 cells (IC₅₀ = 740 nM).
