    Product Description

Robenidine is an anticoccidial agent.1 It is also active against methicillin-resistant S. aureus (MRSA) and vancomycin-resistant enterococci (VRE; MICs = 6.1 and 7.4 µM, respectively).2 Dietary administration of robenidine reduces weight gain, decreases intestinal lesion and oocyst numbers, and increases survival in E. acervulina-, E. brunetti-, E. mivati-, E. necatrix-, or E. tenella-infected chickens. Formulations containing robenidine have been used in animal feed for the prevention of coccidiosis or control of necrotic enteritis in chickens.

WARNING This product is not for human or veterinary use.
