    Product Description

    CCT077791 is an inhibitor of the histone acetyltransferase p300 (IC50 = 7.3 µM).1 It is also active against S. aureus, S. epidermidis, and B. subtilis (MICs = 2.5, 0.3, and 2.5 µg/ml, respectively).2 CCT077791 (10 µM) decreases global protein, histone H3 and H4, and α-tubulin acetylation in HCT116 colorectal cancer cells.1 It inhibits growth of HCT116 cells and HT-29 colon cancer cells (GI50s = 3 and 2.1 µM, respectively).
