    Product Description

    The LipidLaunch™ Phospholipid LNP Screening Set includes 12 phospholipids and one sphingolipid to screen for use in lipid nanoparticle (LNP) and liposomal formulations. Each lipid in the set is supplied in a vial containing 10 mg of lipid. Lipids selected for this screening set are some of the most cited phospholipids/sphingolipids used in nucleic acid-cargo LNPs and liposomal formulations. LNPs containing these lipids in combination with a cationic and/or ionizable cationic lipid, sterol lipid, and PEGylated lipid have been used to encapsulate mRNA, plasmid DNA, siRNA, and other nucleic acid cargo for intracellular delivery. In addition, liposomes consisting primarily of the phospholipids included in the set are commonly used for in vitro or in vivo delivery of lipophilic or hydrophobic compounds.
