    Product Description

    The LipidLaunch™ Cholesterol Analog LNP Screening Set includes two types of cholesterol, five cholesterol analogs, and six bile acids to screen for use in lipid nanoparticle (LNP) formulations. Each lipid in the set is supplied in a vial containing 10 mg of lipid for ease of addition to lipid mixes for LNP formulation. Lipids selected for this screening set are some of the most cited cholesterol analogs and bile acids used in nucleic acid-cargo LNPs. LNPs containing these lipids in combination with a cationic and/or ionizable cationic lipid, phospholipid, and PEGylated lipid have been used to encapsulate mRNA, plasmid DNA, siRNA, and other nucleic acid cargo for intracellular delivery.
