    Product Description

The LipidLaunch™ T Cell LNP Screening Set includes ten ionizable cationic lipids to screen for use in lipid nanoparticle (LNP) formulations for T cell transfection. The lipids are formulated at 10 mg/ml in ethanol for ease of addition to lipid mixes for LNP formulation. Lipids selected for this screening set include some of the most commonly cited ionizable lipids used in nucleic acid-cargo LNPs for transfection of activated T cells. LNPs containing these ionizable cationic lipids in combination with a sterol lipid, a phospholipid, and a PEGylated lipid have been used to encapsulate mRNA, plasmid DNA, siRNA, and other nucleic acid cargo for intracellular delivery to T cells. For more information, please see Cayman's LNP guide: Lipid Nanoparticle Formulation: Basic Concepts & Preparation Procedures.
