    Product Description

    SU 4313 is a multi-kinase inhibitor.1 It inhibits PDGFR, VEGFR2, EGFR, HER2, and insulin-like growth factor 1 receptor (IGF-1R; IC50s = 14.5, 18.8, 11, 16.9, and 8 µM, respectively). SU 4313 inhibits PDGF-, FGF-, or EGF-induced mitogenesis in NIH3T3 cells expressing EGFR (IC50s = 6, 5.5, and 5.5 µM, respectively).
