    Product Description

    GNE-8505 is an inhibitor of dual leucine zipper kinase (DLK).1 It decreases the levels of phosphorylated JNK in retinal lysates prepared from a mouse model of optic nerve crush when administered at doses of 3, 7, or 18 mg/kg.
