    Product Description

Semaglutide (FITC labeled) is a FITC-conjugated form of the glucagon-like peptide 1 (GLP-1) agonist semaglutide (Item Nos. 40231 | 29969 | 40170). Semaglutide (FITC labeled) has been used in the study of milk exosome-based hybrid vesicle movement and penetration capacity in porcine intestinal mucus ex vivo.1 It has also been used in the study of hybrid vesicle permeability in Caco-2/E12 co-cultured cells as a model of mucosal tissue and in the study of intestinal epithelial uptake in rats. FITC displays excitation/emission maxima of 485/535 nm, respectively.
