    Product Description

    Larotinib is a multi-kinase inhibitor.1 It inhibits wild-type EGFR (IC50 = 0.6 nM), mutant EGFRs, including EGFRL858R and EGFRL861Q (IC50s = 0.563 and 0.423 nM, respectively), HER2 (IC50 = 253 nM), and HER4 (IC50 = 84 nM). It also inhibits receptor-interacting serine/threonine kinase 2 (RIPK2), IL-1 receptor-associated kinase 1 (IRAK1), B-lymphoid kinase (Blk), and Bruton’s tyrosine kinase (BTK; IC50s = 26.6, 167, 102, and 196 nM, respectively).
