    Cyclic citrullinated peptide-biotin (CCP-biotin) is a cyclic peptide that corresponds to amino acids 447-468 of human filaggrin but contains Q447H, S449C, G459R, E460G, S462C, and S468K substitutions and is citrullinated at arginine 455. It is a biotinylated form of CCP (Item No. 44486). This product can be used in the detection of anti-citrulline autoantibodies.
