    Product Description

    Bofanglutide is a derivative of glucagon-like peptide 1 (GLP-1).1 It binds to the GLP-1 receptor (GLP-1R) in HEK293 cells expressing the human receptor (IC50 = 3.67 nM) and enhances glucose-stimulated insulin secretion in isolated mouse pancreatic β-cells when used at concentrations of 30 and 90 nM. Bofanglutide decreases non-fasting blood glucose levels in db/db mice (ED50 = 3.024 nmol/kg). It reduces food and water intake and lowers serum triglyceride levels in the same mice.
