    Y-27632 is a potent, ATP-competitive inhibitor of ROCKs.1 In cell and gene engineering applications, it has been shown to facilitate cell proliferation, migration, differentiation, and viability.2

    This product has been manufactured and tested in accordance with GMP principles set forth by the ICH and FDA and meets the expectations for commercial cell, gene, and tissue-engineered products in accordance with USP <1043> "Ancillary Materials for Cell, Gene, and Tissue-engineered Products.
