    Product Description

Monomethyl auristatin E (MMAE) is an inhibitor of tubulin polymerization and a derivative of dolastatin 10.1 It inhibits the assembly of MAP-rich tubulin and induces cell cycle arrest and cell death in cancer cells in vitro.2 MMAE has been used as the cytotoxic payload component of antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) with anticancer activity in vitro and in animal models.2,1 Cayman’s MMAE Monoclonal Antibody (Clone 1G1) can be used for ELISA and Western blot (WB) applications.
