    Product Description

    Befotertinib is an inhibitor of mutant EGFRs.1 It selectively inhibits EGFRL858R, EGFRE709K, EGFRG719A, and EGFRL861Q (IC50s = 0.2, 14, 1.2, and 13 nM, respectively), as well as EGFR containing an exon 19 deletion and EGFR containing an exon 18 deletion (IC50s = 0.2 and 24 nM, respectively), over wild-type EGFR (IC50 = 360 nM).
