    Product Description

TB-500 (acetate) is a peptide fragment corresponding to amino acid residues 17-23 of thymosin β4 (Tβ4; Item No. 28605), an actin-sequestering peptide.1 TB-500 inhibits proliferation and migration of PDGF-BB-stimulated hepatic stellate cells at a concentration of 10 ng/ml. Topical application of TB-500 (15 µg/30 µl) reduces wound closure and healing times of skin wounds in mice.2
