    Product Description

    Sulforhodamine B-phosphatidylethanolamine is a phosphatidylethanolamine isolated from chicken egg that has been labeled with an N-linked fluorescent sulforhodamine B (SRB; Item No. 31539) group. Sulforhodamine B-phosphatidylethanolamine has been used in membrane fusion assays and in the study of in vitro and in vivo liposome delivery and localization.1,2,3 Sulforhodamine B displays excitation/emission maxima of 560/583 nm, respectively. This product contains phosphatidylethanolamine molecular species isolated from chicken egg with primarily C16:0, C18:0, C18:1, C18:2, and C20:4 fatty acyl chains.
