N,N-dimethyl Sunitinib is a multi-kinase inhibitor and derivative of sunitinib (Item No. 13159).1 It inhibits VEGFR1, VEGFR2, PDGFR, and c-Kit (IC50s = 0.013, 0.017, 0.005, and 0.04 µM, respectively). Oral administration of N,N-dimethyl sunitinib (40 mg/kg) reduces the degradation of cartilage proteoglycan and the severity of arthritis in the K/BxN mouse model of rheumatoid arthritis. N,N-dimethyl Sunitinib also reduces intratumoral angiogenesis and tumor growth in SK-N-AS, MYCN-amplified IMR-32, and SH-SY5Y neuroblastoma mouse xenograft models.2
